Happy early everything O_o;
Another Christmas illustration that was a bit too late for getting cards done and too early for the rest. Doh!

I am still working on my comic pages and luckily I can finally mark a deadline date into my calendar. Which is creepy and awesome at the same time (at the moment mostly creepy-scary-omg-deadline).

sorry for watermark, same problem as usual...

:O_o: well, in my opinion, your cats are getting fatter and fatter from pic to pic. The way the one cat is hanging down from the present looks kinda weird. And it also looks like an anatomical-fail. Seems like your deadlines are not good for very quick drawings and colorations. The pose of the frog is just the same as in every frog-pic from you. No new ideas ??...Well, just my point of view.

the way the cat hangs down is totally correct. My cat does it all the time and he's neither fat nor an anatomical fail- that's for sure. And Kiki was always chubby- most of the jokes around her are based on it.
The coloration wasn't quick either (or else I wouldn't have been late). I am a bit surprised you see it like that. For me it's close to the point where I want those characters to be. The frog is a running gag- I'm 100%ly not out of ideas.
It's okay if you have your opinion- i just can't share it.

yeah, too late if you want to get cards printed (takes already 2 weeks if you don't want to pay an extra heap for priority printing) and send out (worldwide).... postal service here already starts to suck.

it's only short on time for business stuff- i think for private cards you shouldn't really worry. The print company I use is super-short on capacities...

Ohh I see. You should try a different company then! I use Vistaprint and when I print cards I usually have them the next day, but it might take a bit longer now it's almost Christmas...
