It's the first private thing I've done for.... ages. And even that will serve a purpose. I really try to stay out of the box a bit with my website designs and make it as interesting as possible without everything getting overly crowded.
It's always a challenge...

If you're curious and want to know more, check:
trenchmaker.deviantart.com/jou…
If you have any question you want me to answer (seriously, I highly recommend it if you are always curious and never dare to ask), please comment there. I'll collect everything and try to form a proper F.A.Q for you.

I'll upload a bit more when I get the okay from the companies I worked my ass off the last couple of months. It's been crazy weeks and some more to go till I get my first proper break. Whohoo!

I think this one really embodies your strengths. It's sweet, fun, soft, vibrant, well designed. Colors are ace, and those reflections are incredible!

The outer shape of the area looks like a tortoise in the water

You're right. Duh, I never thought the shape would be a Rohrschach ink blob but I can see the turtle now and it's kinda unnevering to know the turtle is there :XD:

I suppose its turtles all the way down for this one. We have great imaginations, and can make things appear even if they are random. though I admit, you made me homesick for Hawaii.

WOOOOOAH. o_O
I don't have much time to comment anything last year, but this one is so amazing I can't resist. Definitely - one of your best artworks, and it's not a comment from a person who came here accidentally and doesn't know your artworks - I know all of them very well. ;) It's incredibly soft and magical - I love these puddles and and water beetween the cobblestones. The background looks great when it's so "unfinished" (it's a bad word, but I don't know how to describe it in a different way). Really great, I'm sooo jealous of your skills!

You know- reading this actually means a lot to me. I am constantly trying to get better within "my stroke" and not overdoing it at the same time so this is like "somebody sees it" and it motivates me a lot. I will add some teeny tiny details but overall it will stay like that.
When I started I just knew "you want these old fashioned stones you hate driving on" and "rain". Putting both together.... cluesless me.

And now I need to find some time crawling through you gallery... because it looks promising, so don't worry and don't be jealous of my whacko skills. You end up being jealous of a blooming tendo. ;)
