anybody experience with it?
I still have the problem that I fight with tendo every time I am working too many hours with my normal GT. It's generally a problem of holding one arm position too long I guess - since I don't have the problem with a pen on paper or brush on canvas.

Since I *have* to work digitally on some bigger projects I'm frustrated. Intuos is fine but moving around the paper is one thing I miss. Especially if you have a problem with straight lines (like I do) on screen since I normally flip the paper 45° at least.

And: how's the screen color? Does it work or do you need to adjust 1 million times after finishing the image because colors sucks and black turns out to be totally grey?

I'm looking forward to buying one myself, but the 21" is too expensive and would take too much space on my desk. However, they updated the 21" already, and not the 12". So I don't want to buy a 12" if they intend to update it the next month. Wacom doesn't give any answer on the question of when they'll release a new version :'(

Will Christmas be good to me this year???

I really think I would draw better and faster on this than on my tablet.

I used one at school, it was the small version 15inch screen, I think there only 2 sizes. I enjoyed it, I was able to do straighter lines and it was closer to working as if I had a pen and paper. If your going to make some money off it, then its worth it. I'd get one now but I need to save up for it.

Software wechseln kommt nicht infrage, oder? ^^"

I got the small cintiq about two months ago after ten years of using the graphire and intuos. It's really made my drawing arm feel a lot better. I use it on a stand on my desk, rather than keeping it in my lap.

As for the trouble with your arm, I would suggest something I learned from my teaching classes. The following is a technique we suggest to students who are testing, drawing, etc...

Try to keep your arm in the same position only 20-30 minutes at a time. In between, take a 2-5 minutes to stretch out your arms. A good way to stretch is to cross your arms in front of you a few times. After taking a break you can go back to work. If you start to feel tenseness or pain in your arm, stop immediately and take an hour break if possible.

This is obviously a suggestion, and I know that sometimes you can't take breaks, but if you can, it does help.
