Ich versuche mich jetzt schon ne Weile an Acrylfarben, aber sie trocknen wirklich verdammt schnell. Und so richtig schöne Übergänge und fleckenfreie Flächen wollen mir manchmal auch nicht so richtig gelingen. -___-'

i would like to learn how to put in the gradients... shifting smoothly from light to dark, that sort of thing tripps me up :)

I used to work with acrylics before but I stopped; I find it really hard to use and dries too fast (can be a good thing and a bad thing, but for me it's pretty bad!) and the finish is often lacklustre unlike oils

oh my... and I thought i have a problem when the colors don´t dry fast enough (everything over 3 minutes is *hell* ). Have u ever tried Retarder? And for the finish problem... there are different types of varnish (matte, lustre, gloss), at least those might solve the surface problem. o_o

I voted basic coloring...because the use of colors, and how they work together so they look good, is still quite a mystery to me XD I used to draw with pencil and such things, and I'm not really used to colors...I'm slowly getting into is though, thanks to our awesome arts teacher.
